Client Data definition

Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

Client Data means any information received from or on behalf of Client that is stored, transferred, or processed by the Subscription Services.

Examples of Client Data in a sentence

• Notwithstanding the above, Xxxxxxxx shall own all right, title and interest in and to Site, the Platform Services and all Intellectual Property provided and used by Xxxxxxxx to provide the Services to Client, including all modifications, improvements, upgrades, derivative works, and feedback related thereto, and to all Intellectual Property therein, other than the Client Data, and as may be incorporated therein (“Xxxxxxxx IP”).

• Vista may hold Generated Data indefinitely and use it for any purpose following termination of this Agreement provided that such Generated Data is not used in a manner that identifies the Client and/or involves the disclosure of Client’s: (i) Confidential Information; (ii) Client Data; (iii) Personal Data; and/or (iv) Sensitive Personal Data.

• Client is responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of all Client Data, and Xxxxxxxx assumes no responsibility for the deletion, correction, destruction, loss, infringement or failure of the Platform Services to store any Client Data that is caused other than by the gross negligence of Xxxxxxxx or the breach of its obligations under this Agreement.

• Where the Client Data constitutes “personal data” under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, with respect to such personal data: (a) the Client shall be the data organisation and appoint the Supplier as its data intermediary; and (b) the Supplier shall adhere to the terms in Schedule 2 (Data Protection Clauses).

• Client is solely responsible for reviewing all Client Data and shall ensure that no Client Data constitutes or contains any PHI.

More Definitions of Client Data

Client Data means all data of Client, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and the like, and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services.

Client Data means data generated, uploaded or transmitted by Authorized Users using the JAGGAER Applications.

Client Data means all Data provided to or created by NeoSystems for processing or storage on behalf of Client under the terms of this Agreement, as well as any Data derived from such Data. Client Data includes, without limitation, (a) Data on electronic media, paper or non-electronic media provided to NeoSystems for processing or storage; (b) Data provided to NeoSystems by Client’s Affiliates; and (c) personally identifiable information, personal data or personal information, in each case as may be defined under applicable law, from Client or Client Affiliates.

Client Data means all of Client’s data processed or stored by or transmitted to TCP in connection with the TCP Services, including, without limitation, all Personal Data contained therein.

Client Data means the information successfully uploaded by Client to any Diligent Service and stored on Diligent’s servers.

Client Data means all data, works and materials uploaded to or stored on the Platform by the Client; transmitted by the Platform at the instigation of the Client; supplied by the Client to the Provider for processing, uploading to, transmission by or storage on the Platform; or generated by the Platform as a result of the use of the Hosted Services by the Client;

Client Data means all data and any information that Client provides or authorizes access to, or inputs into the Online Service, including, but not limited to, Network Data.
