Clearing Regulations definition

Clearing Regulations means the General Regulations and Procedural Manual of the clearing house providing clearing services to members of any Exchange in Hong Kong, USA and/or other countries for contracts traded through or on the floor of that Exchange;
Clearing Regulations means the general regulations and procedural manuals and practices of the clearing house providing clearing services to participants of HKFE for HKFE Contracts or, in respect of other Exchanges, to members or participants of such other Exchanges for Contracts traded through or on such other Exchanges;
Clearing Regulations means the regulations of the X/N System, as amended from time to time. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Indenture.
