Clearing House Rules definition

Clearing House Rules means the Certificate of Incorporation, the By- Laws and any rule, interpretation, stated policy, or instrument corresponding to any of the foregoing, in each case as adopted or amended from time to time by the Clearing House relating to any or all of the Swaps.
Clearing House Rules means the rules, interpretations, orders, resolutions, advisories, notices, statements of policy, decisions, manuals and directives of the relevant Clearing House, and all amendments thereto.
Clearing House Rules means the rules of the Clearing House, together with theprocedures made thereunder, as interpreted in accordance with guidance and Circulars of the Clearing House and as the same are amended in accordance with the Clearing House Rules from time to time;
