Clearing Fund definition

Clearing Fund means the clearing fund set up pursuant to article 8; “Clearing Fund Cash Call” has the meaning as set out in article 8.6.1; “Clearing Fund Cash Call Total” has the meaning as set out in article 8.6.1;

Clearing Fund. – means the fund established pursuant to Rule A-6 Clearing Fund Deposits. “Clearing Member” – means an applicant who has been admitted to membership in the Corporation.

• The Central Depository shall manage the Clearing Fund under the Settlement Rules and shall operate the Settlement System that the Clearing Participant may use under the Settlement Rules and this Agreement.

• On or before May 20, 1973, the Trustee, without further direction from the Authority, shall reserve from the Clearing Fund and set aside in the “Administrative Expense Fund”, which is created, for Administrative Expenses, the sum of $5,000.
