Clearing Agency Participants. The entities for whom the Clearing Agency will maintain book-entry records of ownership and transfer of Book-Entry Notes, which may include securities brokers and dealers, banks and trust companies and clearing corporations and certain other organizations.

  • With respect to the Applicable Certificates registered in the name of a Clearing Agency, on the Delivery Period Termination Date, the Trustee will request from such Clearing Agency a securities position listing setting forth the names of all Clearing Agency Participants reflected on such Clearing Agency’s books as holding interests in the Applicable Certificates on such date.

  • With respect to the Applicable Certificates registered in the name of a Clearing Agency, on the Transfer Date, the Trustee (if the Related Trustee has not already done so) will request from such Clearing Agency a securities position listing setting forth the names of all Clearing Agency Participants reflected on such Clearing Agency’s books as holding interests in the “Applicable Certificates” (as defined in the Related Pass Through Trust Agreement) on the Delivery Period Termination Date.
