Cleared Funds definition

Cleared Funds means the proceeds of cheque deposits to your account, once the cheque is cleared, cash deposits and direct credits.

Cleared Funds means money credited to your Account after it has been through the relevant money transmission and clearing system, providing this is not recalled in accordance with the rules of that money transmission and clearing system.

• The Subscriber further acknowledges and accepts that if payment in full in Cleared Funds in respect of an application has not been received by the relevant Settlement Date or in the event of non-clearance, any allotment or issue of Shares made in respect of such application shall be cancelled and the Directors may charge the Subscriber for any expense incurred by the Company and for any loss to the Sub-Fund arising out of such non-receipt or non-clearance.

• The Customer shall pay to Firma in Cleared Funds the Settlement Amount, prior to the Value Date.

• If Firma requires the Customer to provide a Margin, the Customer must provide the Margin or additional Margin, as applicable, in Cleared Funds by 16:00 hours Local Time on the next Business Day following the date on which the request was made.

More Definitions of Cleared Funds

Cleared Funds means a balance in an Account that is able to be withdrawn or used. Until funds are ‘cleared’ they are considered to be pending.

Cleared Funds means funds that: (i) when received by Firma are not subject to any security interests, encumbrances, statutory deemed trusts or other third party interests or claims of any kind;(ii) which are not subject to chargeback through applicable clearing rules, or otherwise; (iii) are freely transferable; and(iv) are guaranteed, meaning that Firma can immediately draw upon the funds.

Cleared Funds means the amount of funds that have been deposited or credited to your Account, for the purpose of maintaining open Positions, or any other permissible purpose.
