Cleanliness definition

Cleanliness means the oxygen number of any filling material consisting of whole feathers or down or a combination thereof; and the oxygen number of any filling material consisting of an admixture of feathers and down which contains five percent (5%) of crushed feathers shall not exceed 25 grams of oxygen per 100,000 grams of sample. (Oxygen number is considered as the amount, by weight, of oxidizable matter such as blood, excreta, fecal matter present.)

  • Trash means solids not considered to be highly flammable or explosive including, but not limited to clothing, rags, leather, plastic, rubber, floor coverings, excelsior, tree leaves, yard trimmings and other similar materials.

  • Centers means the international agricultural and natural resources research centers that are members of the Consortium; and each a “Center”.

  • Evacuation means the authorized or ordered departure from post of an employee or dependent(s), or any of the circumstances outlined in Section 610j herein. The terms "evacuated" and "ordered/authorized to depart" are used interchangeably in these regulations.

  • Ventilation means the supply of outside air into a building through window or other openings due to wind outside and convection effects arising from temperature, or vapour pressure differences (or both) between inside and outside of the building;

  • Cleaning means the act of removing septage or other wastes from a wastewater treatment system component or grease/waste from a grease interceptor.
