Clean-Up Period definition

Clean-Up Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(b).
Clean-Up Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.02.
Clean-Up Period means in respect of any acquisition or Investment permitted under this Agreement by any member of the Restricted Group, the period commencing on the date of completion of such acquisition or Investment permitted under this Agreement and ending on the date that is 120 days after such date.

Examples of Clean-Up Period in a sentence

  • If the relevant circumstances are continuing after the Clean-Up Period, there shall be a breach of representations or warranties, breach of covenant or Event of Default, as the case may be, notwithstanding the above (and without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the Lenders).

More Definitions of Clean-Up Period

Clean-Up Period means the 90-day period commencing on the Closing Date.
Clean-Up Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the day 90 days after the Closing Date.
