Clean-up Call definition

Clean-up Call. The termination of the Trust Fund hereunder pursuant to Section 9.01(a)(ii).
Clean-up Call. The meaning specified in Section 9.1 hereof.

  • If a Clean-Up Call Option is specified in the applicable Final Terms and if not less than 75 per cent.

More Definitions of Clean-up Call

Clean-up Call is defined in Section 6.1 of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
