Clean Team Agreement definition

Clean Team Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(b).

Clean Team Agreement means the Clean Team Amendment to the Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of July 21, 2021, by and between Parent and the Company.

• Except for the Confidentiality Agreement and the Clean Team Agreement, which shall survive the execution of this Agreement, this Agreement and the other Transaction Agreements constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, both oral and written, among the Parties or between any of them with respect to such subject matter.
