Clean Team definition

Clean Team means an investigative team that has not been privy to any 22 information derived from a compelled statement.

More Definitions of Clean Team

Clean Team means (i) external professional advisors of the Alpha Parties listed in Annex 1, and (ii) the employees listed in Annex 2 in respect of Alpha and Annex 3 in respect of Sierra Living. Annexes 1, 2 and 3 may be updated by written agreement with Gemini from time to time. Each external advisor or person indicated in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 is referred to as a “Clean Team Member”.
