Classified National Security Information definition

Classified National Security Information or "classified information" means information that has been determined pursuant to this order or any predecessor order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure and is marked to indicate its classified status when in documentary form.
Classified National Security Information means Required Information that has been determined to be protected from unauthorized disclosure pursuant to Executive Order No. 12958, as amended, and/or the regulations of the NRC at 10 C.F.R. §95.35; or pursuant to any comparable provision of Canadian federal or provincial law.

More Definitions of Classified National Security Information

Such contracts, subawards, or other agreements shall be processed and administered in accordance with the DHS “Standard Operating Procedures, Classified Contracting by States and Local Entities,” dated July 7, 2008; Eos 12829, 12958, 12968, as amended; the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM); and/or other applicable implementing directives or instructions. (c) Access to Records and Information. (i) Under no circumstances shall any Seller be required to provide access to any documents or information constituting or containing "Classified National Security Information" or "Restricted Data", as defined in 10 C.F.R.   • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

PHI includes demographic information that identifies the Individual or about which there is reasonable basis to believe can be used to identify the Individual. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI is information transmitted or held in any form or medium and includes EPHI. 45 CFR 160.103.   • Protected Health Information or “PHI” shall have the same meaning as the term “protected health information” in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, and includes electronic PHI, as defined in 45 C.F.R. 160.103, limited to information created, maintained, transmitted or received by the Business Associate from or on behalf of the Covered Entity or from another Business Associate of the Covered Entity.
