Classified definition

Classified means the classification of a good under a particular heading or subheading of the Harmonised System;

Classified. ’ means classified pursuant to Executive Order 13526, or predecessor order, and a security classification guide developed pursuant thereto or equivalent, or to the corresponding classification rules of another government or international organization.

• VSNL America shall take all reasonable measures to prevent the use of or access to the Domestic Communications Infrastructure to conduct Electronic Surveillance, or to obtain or disclose Domestic Communications, Classified Information, Sensitive Information, or Controlled Unclassified Information, in violation of any U.S. federal, state, or local laws or the terms of this Agreement.

• VSNL America shall protect the confidentiality and security of all Lawful U.S. Process served upon it and the confidentiality and security of Classified, Sensitive, and Controlled Unclassified Information in accordance with U.S. federal and state law or regulation and this Agreement.

• The points of contact shall be assigned to VSNL America’s security office(s) in the United States, shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and shall be responsible for accepting service and maintaining the security of Classified, Sensitive, and Controlled Unclassified Information and any Lawful U.S. Process in accordance with the requirements of U.S. law and this Agreement.

Classified means state employees and positions under the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Merit System of Personnel Administration.
