Classified definition

Classified means the classification of a good under a particular heading or subheading of the Harmonised System;
Classified. ’ means classified pursuant to Executive Order 13526, or predecessor order, and a security classification guide developed pursuant thereto or equivalent, or to the corresponding classification rules of another government or international organization.

  • The points of contact shall be assigned to VSNL America’s security office(s) in the United States, shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and shall be responsible for accepting service and maintaining the security of Classified, Sensitive, and Controlled Unclassified Information and any Lawful U.S. Process in accordance with the requirements of U.S. law and this Agreement.
