Class Year Study definition

Class Year Study means a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

Examples of Class Year Study in a sentence

  • An existing Large Generating Facility requesting only CRIS must request CRIS in an Open Class Year Study or an Expedited Deliverability Study unless it is requesting CRIS pursuant to Section 30.3.2.6 of this Attachment X.

  • The next Class Year Study may commence prior to completion of an Additional SDU Study if the Additional SDU Study has not completed before the Initial Decision Period commences for the Class Year Study in accordance with Section 25.8.2(1) of this Attachment S.

  • If the Developer does not elect to pursue an Additional SDU Study for required System Deliverability Upgrades, it may only accept or reject its Deliverable MW, if any, in the Class Year Study.

  • If the ISO does not receive the Developer’s election by the deadline, the Developer will be deemed to have (1) notified the ISO that it elects to not proceed with an Additional SDU Study for the identified System Deliverability Upgrades; and (2) will only be permitted to accept or reject its Deliverable MW, if any, in the Class Year Study.

  • If no Class Year Project Developer to which the Notice of SDUs Requiring Additional Study is issued elects to proceed with such additional studies, the Class Year Study will proceed to the decision and settlement phase set forth in Section 25.8.2 of this Attachment S.

  • If the LGIA is executed prior to the completion of the Class Year Study, the Developer must agree, in the LGIA, that in the Class Year decision process, it will accept the Project Cost Allocation and post Security for any System Upgrade Facilities that are identified and cost allocated in the Class Year Study even if such Project Cost Allocations exceed the estimates included in the LGIA and include equipment not identified in the LGIA.

  • The Developer executing an LGIA prior to the completion of a Class Year Study cannot participate as an Installed Capacity Supplier until after the Class Year Study is completed and (1) the project is deemed deliverable and accepts its deliverable megawatts; or (2) the Developer accepts its Project Cost Allocation and posts Security for any required System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Upon a Developer’s satisfaction of the Class Year Study eligibility criteria specified in this 25.5.9.1, the ISO will tender a Class Year Study Agreement to the Developer pursuant to Section 30.8.1 of Attachment X to the OATT.

  • The Developer will be required to enter a subsequent Class Year Study ( i.e., a Class Year Study subsequent to the one in which the Additional SDU Study was triggered) if it wishes to obtain an SDU Project Cost Allocation for its requested CRIS.

  • An Eligible Class Year Project that elects to enter a Class Year Study pursuant to this Section 25.5.9.1 but retracts its election prior to the ISO’s tender of the Class Year Study Agreement will not become a member of the Class Year Study.


More Definitions of Class Year Study

Class Year Study for Class Year 2017 identified the transmission system of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (“National Grid”) as an Affected System in connection with the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility. The Class Year Study indicated that National Grid would need to coordinate the protection of its system based on the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility. The Class Year Study estimated the cost of work related to National Grid’s system at $20,000, which costs were included in the Project Cost Allocation. The Developer accepted its Project Cost Allocation and posted the related Security. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall coordinate with National Grid, and enter into any required study agreement with National Grid, concerning National Grid’s evaluation of the impacts of the interconnection on its system. If National Grid determines that physical upgrades are required on its system to coordinate system protection, the Developer, National Grid, the Connecting Transmission Owner, and the NYISO will enter into an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement to address this work. The Developer shall be responsible for the costs associated with National Grid’s work; provided, however, that any costs that are above the Project Cost Allocation identified in the Class Year Study and accepted by the Developer shall be allocated in accordance with Section 25.8.6 of Attachment S of the NYISO OATT.

Related to Class Year Study

  • Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Distribution Election With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Supplement.

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e).   • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Director makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.

  • Plan Year means the calendar year.

  • Deferral Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3(i) hereof.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Election Year means a year in which ordinary elections for local governments are required to be held;

  • Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.

  • Pivotal Trial means a clinical study in humans of the efficacy and safety of a Licensed Product that is prospectively designed to demonstrate with statistical significance that such product is effective and safe for use in a particular indication in a manner sufficient to file for Marketing Approval of such product and would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(c), or a similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Plan Year(s means the approximate twelve-month periods between annual meetings of the shareholders of the Company, which, for purposes of the Plan, are the periods for which annual retainers are earned.

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.

  • Enrollment Agreement means an agreement between the Company and an employee, in such form as may be established by the Company from time to time, pursuant to which the employee elects to participate in this Plan, or elects changes with respect to such participation as permitted under the Plan.

  • Post-Distribution Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Distribution Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period beginning the day after the Distribution Date.

  • Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Payout Period means the time frame during which certain benefits payable hereunder shall be distributed. Payments shall be made in monthly installments commencing on the first day of the month following the occurrence of the event which triggers distribution and continuing for a period of one hundred eighty (180) months. Should the Executive make a Timely Election to receive a lump sum benefit payment, the Executive's Payout Period shall be deemed to be one (1) month.

  • Bonus Deferral means the amount of a Participant’s Bonus Compensation which the Participant elects to have withheld on a pre-tax basis from his Bonus Compensation and credited to his account pursuant to Section 4.1.
