Class W definition

Class W means Shares that are available to Eligible Shareholders in the Global Equity Income Fund.
Class W means Class W EUR, Class Wd EUR, Class W GBP, Class Wd GBP, Class W CHF, Class Wd CHF, Class W USD, Class Wd USD, Class W SGD, Class Wd SGD, Class W AUD, Class Wd AUD, Class W JPY, Class Wd JPY, Class W HKD and Class Wd HKD Shares in the Fund.
Class W on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-17 hereof, which evidence beneficial ownership of the Non-REMIC Fees and proceeds thereof held in the Grantor Trust.

Examples of Class W in a sentence

  • A minimum initial investment for Class W shares is imposed as described in the Funds’ current prospectus or supplements thereto.

  • The initial subscription price for the Class E and Class W Shares in the Sub-Fund shall be EUR 5.00 per Share.

  • Class W Shares of a Fund may generally be exchanged for Class W Shares of Affiliated Funds, subject to exceptions described in the then-current prospectuses of the Fund and Affiliated Fund.

  • Pursuant to a Distribution/Shareholder Servicing Plan, Class W Shares may pay distribution and/or shareholder servicing fees of up to 0.25% of the average daily net assets of such Shares.

  • Materials are classified as D, W, or Y, which applies to a range of clearance half-times: for Class D (Days) of less than 10 days, for Class W (Weeks) from 10 to 100 days, and for Class Y (Years) of greater than 100 days.

  • Class W shares shall be offered to certain institutional investors, including wrap program sponsors, as indicated in the Funds’ current prospectus or supplements thereto, at the then-current net asset value without the imposition of an initial sales charge or a CDSC.

  • This Plan may be terminated at any time, without the payment of any penalty, by vote of a majority of the Independent Trustees or by a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of Class W.

  • The minimum subscription amount for the Class A, Class AT, Class E, Class R and Class W Shares in the Sub-Fund will be EUR 1,000.00.

  • The Adviser and/or FMR directly, or through the Distributor, may, subject to the approval of the Trustees, make payments to securities dealers and other third parties who engage in the sale of Class W shares or who render shareholder support services, including but not limited to providing office space, equipment and telephone facilities, answering routine inquiries regarding the Fund, processing shareholder transactions and providing such other shareholder services as the Trust may reasonably request.

  • This Plan does not require the Adviser, FMR, or Distributor to perform any specific type or level of distribution activities or to incur any specific level of expenses for activities primarily intended to result in the sale of Class W shares.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class size means the maximum number of students who can receive instruction together in a special class or resource room program and the number of teachers and supplementary school personnel assigned to the class.

  • Class D Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

  • Class S designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

  • Class A has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.C.

  • Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.

  • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.

  • Class IO Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee, evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class D Certificates “Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.

  • Class Principal Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class, an amount as to principal equal to (i) the concurrent distribution of principal in respect of the related REMIC Class or Classes multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the Aggregate Denomination of such RCR Class and the denominator of which is the Initial Authorized Denomination of such RCR Class.
