Class Settlement Website definition

Class Settlement Website means the Internet website, xxx.XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxx.xxx, which was established and activated by the Settlement Administrator on December 2, 2011, following the Court’s December 1, 2011 Order preliminarily approving the Original Settlement Agreement. That Class Settlement Website will continue to be the formal settlement website used to provide further notice and information to Settlement Class Members under the Amended Settlement Agreement, as set forth in Section V.C.3.

  • Settlement Website means the website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator which will contain, among other things, the Notice and Claim Forms, and documents related to the settlement.

  • TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
