Class Settlement Amount definition

Class Settlement Amount shall have the meaning set forth in § 7.1.1.

Class Settlement Amount means up to nine million five hundred thousand dollars ($9,500,000.00), which shall be the maximum amount of money that Walmart will be obligated to pay under this Settlement, as provided for in this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall Walmart be obligated to pay more than the Class Settlement Amount in connection with this Settlement.

Class Settlement Amount means CAD $50,000,000 to be contributed to the Securities Claimant Trust by CannTrust pursuant to the Plan, together with the cash contributions of any other Additional Settlement Parties (as defined in the Plan) pursuant to the applicable Additional RSA (as defined in the Plan), plus any accrued interest;

• No portion of the Class Settlement Amount shall be disbursed in the event of such a dispute, pending the mediator’s ruling.

More Definitions of Class Settlement Amount

Class Settlement Amount shall consist of Ascension Health’s $29,500,000 Plan Benefit Guarantee, as defined in §§ 7.1.2, 7.1.3, and 7.1.4.

Class Settlement Amount means Fourteen Million United States Dollars ($14,000,000.00), paid by or on behalf of the Defendant in connection with this Agreement.

Class Settlement Amount means the amount of money that Walmart is obligated to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which shall, depending on the number of YMLs identified in the Approved Claim Forms submitted by Qualified Claimants, consist of a minimum payment of Ten Million Dollar ($10,000,000.00) (i.e., the Floor) and a maximum payment of up to Fourteen Million Dollars ($14,000,000.00)(i.e., the Ceiling) as described more fully in Section 5 of this Agreement.

Class Settlement Amount means the total sum of Fifteen Million Dollars and Zero Cents ($15,000,000) in United States currency.
