Class R-I Certificate definition

Class R-I Certificate. Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class R-I Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class R-I" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of the sole class of "residual interests" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class R-I Certificate. Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-15 hereto. The Class R-I Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate or Certificate Balance.

  • On the Startup Day, the REMIC I Regular Interests will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC and the Class R-I Certificate will be designated the "residual interest" in such REMIC.
