Examples of Class P2 Shares in a sentence

  • No payments will be made with respect to assets in Class P2 Shares, Class R6 Shares or Class Z Shares of the funds.

  • The Insurance Company may receive derivative holdings information (the “Holdings Information”) related to the Funds offering Class P2 Shares on a daily basis from the Series, CRMC or one of their designees in order to coordinate with Insurance Company’s internal hedging program (the “Purpose”).

  • No payments will be made with respect to assets in Class P2 Shares, Class P3 Shares, Class R6 Shares or Class Z Shares of the funds.

  • Currently, there are two Classes of Shares of the Portfolio: Class Z Shares (formerly designated as Class P Shares) and Class P-2 Shares.

  • Provide high total return (including income and capital gains) consistent with preservation of capital over the long term while seeking to manage volatility and provide downside protection American Funds Insurance Series® Managed Risk Funds, Managed Risk Asset Allocation Fund – Class P2 Shares (Manager: Capital Research and Management CompanySM; Subadvisor: Milliman Financial Risk Management LLC).

  • The fee will be calculated as the product of (a) the average daily net asset value of all Class P2 Shares, as applicable, of the Funds held by each Separate Account during the quarter; (b) the number of days in the quarter; and (c) the quotient of 0.0025 divided by 365.

  • Pursuant to Article III, Section 1 of the Declaration of Trust, each Series of the Trust is further divided into the following separate classes of Shares established and designated as: Class A Shares; Class C Shares; and Class P Shares; and, with respect to UBS Emerging Markets Equity Opportunity Fund, Class P2 Shares.

Related to Class P2 Shares

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Class A Preferred Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class B Warrants means the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to 5 years, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class A Stock means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

  • Class A Preferred Stock means the Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of Class B Common Stock.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • H Shares means the overseas-listed foreign invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong Dollars;

  • Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class A Percentage Interest shall be determined by calculating the ratio between each Class A Member’s Capital Account in relation to the total capitalization of the Company provided by the Class A Members.

  • Class A Common Shares means the Class A common shares of the Company, par value US$0.00001 per share, at the date of this Indenture, subject to Section 14.07.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • B Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in Euro(s);

  • Class P Fraction Any Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Fraction, as applicable.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class LT-R Interest The residual interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.
