Class P Shares definition

Class P Shares means the shares of Class P common stock of the Company.

Class P Shares means the shares of Class P Common Stock.

Class P Shares means all of the shares of each series of Class P shares in the capital of the Fund and includes the Series I Shares;

• In the event that, at any point in time, the Board does not meet the standards for the majority independence requirements of any national securities exchange on which the Class P Shares are then listed for trading, then the Company shall operate under an applicable controlled company exemption to such requirement, if available.

• At the close of business on May 31, 2015, all Class B Shares held by each Class B Shareholder whose employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries has not terminated (or held by any Permitted Transferees of such Class B Shareholder (with respect to Class B Shares attributable to such Class B Shareholder)) shall fully vest automatically and cease to be subject to forfeiture and shall be converted into Class P Shares in accordance with Section D.1 of Article Fourth of the Charter.

More Definitions of Class P Shares

Class P Shares means one or more Class P share(s) in the share capital of the Company as constituted at the date of this Agreement.

Class P Shares and "Class Q Shares" and for any classes of shares of common stock of the Fund hereafter created, classified or reclassified.

Class P Shares means Class P Accumulating Euro Shares, Class P Accumulating Euro (H) Shares, Class P Accumulating USD Shares, Class P Accumulating GBP Shares, Class P Accumulating GBP (H) Shares, Class P Accumulating JPY Shares, Class P Accumulating JPY (H) Shares, Class P Distributing Euro (H) Shares, Class P Distributing USD Shares and Class P Distributing GBP (H) Shares, as applicable, in each of the Funds;

Class P Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Company designated as a Class P Share in the Fund, in respect of which a dividend may be paid;

Class P Shares means Class P Shares, which are comprised of Class P USDShares, Class P NOK Hedged Shares and the Class P NOK Unhedged Shares;

Class P Shares. ' means the USD Class P Shares, EUR Class P Shares and GBP Class P Shares.

Class P Shares will be offered at their net asset value without the imposition of a front-end sales load or CDSC. Class P Shares will be subject to a Rule 12b-1 distribution fee at an annual rate of up to 0.25% of the daily net assets attributable to the Class P Shares. Class P shares will not be subject to a shareholder servicing fee. Class P Shares of one or more Funds may be subject to a redemption fee to the extent disclosed in the prospectus for that Fund.
