Class Order definition

Class Order means a class order published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;
Class Order means a class order published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission relating to employee incentive schemes.
Class Order means a final order entered by the Court certifying This Action as a class action, which is no longer subject to appeal or review.
