Class MTB-1 Interest definition

Class MTB-1 Interest. An uncertificated regular interest in the Middle Tier REMIC with an initial principal balance equal to the initial principal balance of the Related Certificates and bearing interest at the lesser of (i) the greater of (x) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin and (y) 1.60% plus the Class B-1 Margin and (ii) the Net Rate. For the first Distribution Date, the percentage described in clause (i)(x) of the preceding sentence will equal 3.220%.

Class MTB-1 Interest. An uncertificated regular interest in the Middle Tier REMIC with an initial principal balance equal to the initial principal balance of the Related Certificates and bearing interest at the lesser of (i) the greater of (x) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin and (y) 2.25% plus the Class B-1 Margin and (ii) the Net Rate.   • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.

  • Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.
