Class M-3 Notes. The Class M-3 Notes due November 25, 2036 issued under this Indenture in the original aggregate principal amount set forth in Section 2.02.
Class M-3 Notes. The First NLC Trust 2005-1, Callable Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2005-1 Class M-3 Notes issued under the Indenture.
Class M-3 Notes means the Class M-3 Home Equity Loan-Backed Notes, Series 2005-A, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2c to the Indenture.

Examples of Class M-3 Notes in a sentence

  • In the event that there is a write down (as described in Section 7(b) of this Agreement) with respect to the Class M-1, Class M-2 or Class M-3 Notes, such Class of Notes will be treated as reissued with OID at that time (i.e., all remaining stated interest on such Class of Notes will no longer be qualified stated interest), and the Global Agent shall prepare Form 8281 with respect to such Class M Notes at such time.

  • Pursuant to the procedures and fees set forth in the Exchange Administration Agreement, the Class M-3A and Class M-3B Notes may be exchanged, in whole or in part, for the Class M-3 Notes, and vice versa, pursuant to Combination 2 described in Appendix II, at any time on or after the Closing Date.

  • On the Closing Date, the Class M-3A and Class M-3B Notes will be deemed to have been exchanged in their entirety for the Class M-3 Notes.
