Class M-1 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-1".
Class M-1 Certificates. Any one of the Class M-1 Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B-1, executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC 2.
Class M-1 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class M-1” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
More Definitions of Class M-1 Certificates
Class M-1 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of “Class M-1,” and evidencing (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk CarryForward Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class M-1 Certificates shall have the meaning specified in subsection 1(a) of this Supplement.
Class M-1 Certificates. Any Certificate designated as a "Class M-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class M-1 Certificates means those Certificates issued by the Trust in substantially the form of Exhibit B-8 hereto.
Class M-1 Certificates. The First NLC Trust 2005-2 Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2, Class M-1 Certificates having an initial Certificate Principal Balance and Pass-Through Rate as set forth herein and representing a Regular Interest in REMIC IV.
Class M-1 Certificates means the Class MF-1 and Class MV-1 Certificates, collectively.
