Each Stockholder agrees to hold all of its shares of Class L Common Stock and any other of its shares of capital stock of the Company, whether now owned or hereafter acquired (hereinafter referred to as the “Shares”), subject to, and to vote the Shares in accordance with, the provisions of this Agreement.
