Class I Bonds definition

Class I Bonds means the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Multi-Family/Project Class I Bonds authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture.
Class I Bonds means the Utah Housing Corporation Single Family Mortgage Class I Bonds authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.
