Class G: Shares of the class G may be subscribed only by institutional investors in the sense of Art.
Class G Shares and the base currency exposure versions thereof are only available to Institutional Investors who are approved by the Global Distributor and whose investment is covered by a suitable agreement with the Investment Manager or one of its Associates which specifically references the G Share Class and has an effective date on or after the launch of such class.
Class G Shares will only be available for subscription until the total net asset value of the relevant Sub-Fund has reached or is greater than the amount specifically determined by the Investment Manager.

Where Class G Shares are held via an Intermediate Unitholder, the client of the Intermediate Unitholder must have such a written agreement in place with the ACD.
