Class E Note definition

Class E Note and together with the Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes and Class D Notes, the “Notes”):
Class E Note. Any one of the Series 20[ ]-[ ] Asset Backed Equity Notes, Class E executed by the Issuing Entity and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Class E Note means ACAS Business Loan Trust 2005-1, Class E Principal Only Asset Backed Note, Series 2005-1, issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Examples of Class E Note in a sentence

  • Additionally, the Holder of a Class E Note who is not eligible to hold such Class E Note through the Clearing Agency may instruct the Trustee to issue a Definitive Note in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

More Definitions of Class E Note

Class E Note means a promissory note made by Borrower in favor of a Class E Lender evidencing Class E Loans made by that Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-6.

Class E Note means a Class E Note described in the Indenture, whether or not such note is then held by the Issuer or by another entity.
