Class Currency definition

Class Currency means the currency in which a Share Class of a Fund is designated as determined by the Directors and disclosed in the Prospectus in relation to such Fund.
Class Currency means the currency in which Shares of a Class are issued;
Class Currency means the currency in which a Share class is designated;

Examples of Class Currency in a sentence

  • Borrowings of more than one Class, Currency and Type may be outstanding at the same time.

  • Each Syndicated Loan shall be made as part of a Borrowing consisting of Loans of the same Class, Currency and Type made by the applicable Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Commitments of the applicable Class.
