Class Computer definition

Class Computer means an Acer notebook computer purchased from Acer or an Authorized Acer Retailer, not for re-sale, that came pre-installed with a Microsoft Vista Home Premium, Business or Ultimate operating system, and contained 1 GB of Random Access Memory or less as shared memory for both the system and graphics.

Class Computer means any of the notebook computers listed in Section 7 above. “Identified Symptom” means any symptom listed on Exhibit 1 to this document.

Examples of Class Computer in a sentence

  • The total payment to a Group 3 Claimant will not exceed $50 per Class Computer.

  • The total payment to a Group 2 Claimant will not exceed $125 per Class Computer.

  • The total payment to a Group 1 Claimant will not exceed $395 per Class Computer.

  • If you own a Class Computer and did not obtain a Keycap Replacement or Topcase Replacement within the first four years of ownership, you are not eligible for payment.

  • Computer data base means a collection of data recorded in a form capable of being processed by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Prewritten computer software means computer software, including prewritten upgrades, which is not designed and developed by the author or other creator to the specifications of a specific purchaser. The combining of two or more "prewritten computer software" programs or prewritten portions thereof does not cause the combination to be other than "prewritten computer software". "Prewritten computer software" includes software designed and developed by the author or other creator to the specifications of a specific purchaser when it is sold to a person other than the purchaser. If a person modifies or enhances "computer software" of which the person is not the author or creator, the person is deemed to be the author or creator only of such person's modifications or enhancements. "Prewritten computer software" or a prewritten portion thereof that is modified or enhanced to any degree, if such modification or enhancement is designed and developed to the specifications of a specific purchaser, remains "prewritten computer software". However, if there is a reasonable, separately stated charge or an invoice or other statement of the price given to the purchaser for such modification or enhancement, such modification or enhancement shall not constitute "prewritten computer software".

  • Mist spray adhesive means any aerosol which is not a special purpose spray adhesive and which delivers a particle or mist spray, resulting in the formation of fine, discrete particles that yield a generally uniform and smooth application of adhesive to the substrate.

  • Furniture coating means any paint designed for application to room furnishings including, but not limited to, cabinets (kitchen, bath and vanity), tables, chairs, beds, and sofas.

  • Covered Computer System means any Computer System as to which the Insured has possession, custody and control.

  • official computer system means a computer system maintained by or on behalf of the authority for the sending, receiving, processing or storing of any information.

  • Cards means either a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card, debit card (or other similar card that requires a PIN for identification purposes), or pre-paid, stored-value or gift card.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.
