Class Code definition

Class Code means a code on the Subservicer’s or Servicer’s system that indicates that a serviced asset is in a special servicing sub-category of Status Code, such as (without limitation): Chapter 13, Chapter 7, Chapter 13 Paying, Chapter 7 Paying, Abandon, Assigned to Attorney, Bankruptcy Deficiency, Credit Bureau Dispute, Cease and Desist, Demand Call, Dealer Not Funded, Dealer Unwind, Garnishment, Government Seizure, Impound, Insurance Deficiency, Involuntary Surrender, Lien Loss, Non Collateralized, Redemption Pending, Skip, Small Balance, Sailors and Soldiers, Stolen or Voluntary Surrender (each as defined by the Subservicer or Servicer, as applicable).
Class Code means a classification number used to commonly identify similar items of property which is established by the State’s Chief Financial Officer in the State's financial system.
Class Code means a designation assigned to job titles in State and local service with ranking based upon an evaluation of job content. In the case of job bands, all references to class code shall mean a designation assigned to title levels, unless a job band class code is specifically stated.

Class Code means the code assigned to each Customer Connection by the District to determine applicable Rates, Fees and Other Charges for that Customer Connection.
