Class C Stockholders definition

Class C Stockholders means holders of any shares of Class C stock of the Company.
Class C Stockholders means the holders of the "Class C Common Stock." The definition of "Series D Preferred Stock" is hereby amended by deleting the par value "$0.01" contained therein and inserting in lieu thereof the par value "$0.0001."
