Class C Ordinary Shares definition

Class C Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of US$ 0.01 each designated as Class C Ordinary Shares in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Class C Ordinary Shares means: class C ordinary shares in the capital of the Company;
Class C Ordinary Shares means the Class C Ordinary Shares, par value $.20 per share, of the Company.
