Class C Deficiency Amount definition

Class C Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(c).

More Definitions of Class C Deficiency Amount

Class C Deficiency Amount means, in respect of any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Class C Monthly Required Expense Amount as of the prior Transfer Date (disregarding for this purpose the Class C Trustee Payment Amount) over the amount actually credited to the Class C Distribution Ledger, for the payment of such amount on the related Transfer Date in accordance with Clause 5.15(f);
Class C Deficiency Amount for any Determination Date shall be equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) the Class C Monthly Interest and the Class C Additional Interest, in each case for the Interest Period ended immediately prior to the preceding Payment Date, plus (ii) any Class C Deficiency Amount for the preceding period, over (y) the amount actually paid in respect thereof on the preceding Payment Date; provided, however, that the Class C Deficiency Amount on the first Determination Date shall be zero.
