Class C Common Share definition

Class C Common Share means the class C common shares in the share capital of Amalco;
Class C Common Share means each Class C common share representing limited liability company interests in the Company.
Class C Common Share means a share of Class C Common Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Company.
