Class B Units definition

Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

Class B Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

• For the avoidance of doubt, without limiting any of the provisions set forth in this Article X, the Class B Units shall only be transferable if such Transfer is in compliance with the terms of the Incentive Plan.

More Definitions of Class B Units

Class B Units means the Units having the privileges, preferences, and rights specified with respect to “Class B Units” in this Agreement, including those described in Section 7.1(c)(3).
