Class B Shareholders definition

Class B Shareholders means the holders of Class B Shares.

Class B Shareholders means Shareholders of T.F.M. who at any time own Class B Shares.

Class B Shareholders means the holders of Class B Preferred Shares identified on the signature pages hereto.
