Class B Securities definition

Class B Securities means any of the securities executed by the Transferor and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto.
Class B Securities means collectively the Series B Preferred Stock and/or the Class B Common Stock, as the same may be outstanding from time to time.
Class B Securities has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals.
