Class B Investor Allocation definition

Class B Investor Allocation means with respect to any Monthly Period, (a) with respect to Default Amounts and Finance Charge Receivables at any time or Principal Receivables during the Revolving Period, the Class B Floating Allocation, and (b) with respect to Principal Receivables during the Controlled Accumulation Period or Rapid Amortization Period, the Class B Fixed Allocation.
