CLASS B GLOBAL NOTE CERTIFICATE definition

CLASS B GLOBAL NOTE CERTIFICATE means the global note certificate representing the Class B Notes and issued pursuant to the provisions of this Trust Deed in, or substantially in, the form set out in the Second Schedule;
CLASS B GLOBAL NOTE CERTIFICATE means the global note certificate representing the Class B Notes and issued pursuant to the provisions of this Trust Deed in, or substantially in, the form set out in the Third Schedule;
