Class B Certificate Balance definition

Class B Certificate Balance means, at any time, the Original Class B Certificate Balance, as reduced by all amounts allocable to principal on the Class B Certificates distributed to Class B Holders prior to such time.
Class B Certificate Balance shall equal, initially, the Class B Original Class Certificate Balance and, thereafter, shall equal the Class B Original Class Certificate Balance, reduced by all amounts previously distributed to Class B Certificateholders and allocable to principal.
Class B Certificate Balance shall initially equal the Original Class B Certificate Balance and, on any Distribution Date, shall equal the amount by which the Pool Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds the Class A Certificate Balance on such Distribution Date.

Class B Certificate Balance. As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Class B-1 and Class B-2 Certificate Balances (before giving effect to the principal distributions on such Distribution Date).
