Class B-3I definition

Class B-3I or "Class C" means ----------------------------------------------------------------- pertaining to each Class of Class A Certificates, Class M Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class B-3I Certificates and/or Class C Certificates, as the case may be.
Class B-3I. Class P" or "Class R" means pertaining to Class AF Certificates, Class AF-IO Certificates, Class MF Certificates, Class BF Certificates, Class AV Certificates, Class AV-IO Certificates, Class MV Certificates, Class BV Certificates, Class B-3I Certificates, the Class P Certificate and/or the Class R Certificate, as the case may be.

Examples of Class B-3I in a sentence

  • The Servicer shall prepare and furnish to the Trustee the statements specified below relating to the Class A Certificates, Class M-1 Certificates, Class M-2 Certificates, Class B-1 Certificates, Class B-2 Certificates and Class B-3I Certificates on or before the third Business Day next preceding each Remittance Date.

  • The Class A Certificates, Class M Certificates, Class B Certificates and Class B-3I Certificates will evidence ownership of the "regular interests" in the Master REMIC.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class B-3 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-3 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-3 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-3 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.850% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin,
