Class B-3 Notes definition

Class B-3 Notes. The Class B-3 Notes due March 25, 2036 issued under this Indenture in the original aggregate principal amount set forth in Section 2.02.
Class B-3 Notes means any one of the Series 2005-1 Floating Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class B-3, executed by HVF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-8-1, Exhibit A-8-2 or Exhibit A-8-3. Definitive Class B-3 Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.13 of the Base Indenture.
Class B-3 Notes means any one of the Series 2005-2 Floating Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class B-3, executed by HVF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit X-0-0, Xxxxxxx X-0-0, or Exhibit A-9-3. Definitive Class B-3 Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.13 of the Base Indenture.

  • So long as the Class B-3 Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the rules of that stock exchange so require, notices to Class B-3 Noteholders will be published in a leading newspaper having general circulation in Luxembourg (which is expected to be the Luxemburger Wort), it being understood that the term “notices” as it is used in this clause shall not include communications of the Class B-3 Note Rate.

  • The Series 1997 1/N1 Notes shall be issued in three classes of Class A Notes, the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes, three classes of Class B Notes, the Class B-1 Notes, the Class B-2 Notes and the Class B-3 Notes, and three classes of Class C Notes, the Class C-1 Notes, the Class C-2 Notes and the Class C-3 Notes.

  • The Class B-1 Notes, the Class B-2 Notes and the Class B-3 Notes will be sold pursuant to a Placement Agent Agreement, dated November __, 1998 (the "Placement Agent Agreement") by and among First Sierra and First Union (in such capacity, the "Placement Agent").

Definitive Class B-3 Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

  • Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.
