Class Action Grievance definition

Class Action Grievance means a grievance of the type outlined in Section 11.1.
Class Action Grievance shall be a grievance that affects more than one employee in the bargaining unit.
Class Action Grievance means a grievance filed by CSEA which alleges a violation of this Agreement and affects members in more than one (1) department, provided that at least one member so affected signs the grievance. Such Class Action Grievance must be filed with the County Manager/Administrator or his/her designee within ten (10) calendar days of when the CSEA knew or should have known of the events and conditions on which it is based.

Class Action Grievance is one affecting a group or class of teachers and initiated by the Association at Level Two.
