Class Action means a legal action:
Class Action means a lawsuit or an arbitration proceeding in which one or more parties seeks class treatment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 or any State process analogous to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
Class Action means the class action lawsuit in Canada filed against the Company, certain of its former senior officers and directors, and the Company’s former auditor relating to the Restatement.
