Class A Warrants definition

Class A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Class A Warrants shall have the meaning assigned in the recitals hereto.

Examples of Class A Warrants in a sentence

  • On the Closing Date, the Company will issue and deliver Class A Warrants to the Subscribers.

More Definitions of Class A Warrants

Class A Warrants means the Class A Common Stock Purchase Warrants to purchase 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to this Agreement.
