Class A Warrant definition

Class A Warrant has the meaning set forth in Section 2 hereof;

Class A Warrant means a warrant defined as a Class A Warrant in the Warrant Agreement.

Class A Warrant means a redeemable Class A warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock at an exercise price of $_____ [150% of the Unit offering price], as defined in the Warrant Agreement.

More Definitions of Class A Warrant

Class A Warrant means each of the Company's warrants issued pursuant to this Warrant Agreement, each of which evidences the right to purchase one share of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as set forth in this Warrant Agreement, and all warrants issued upon transfer, division or combination of, or in substitution for, any thereof.

Class A Warrant means a Class A common share purchase warrant of the Corporation, each Class A Warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire a Share at a price of CDN$0.23 per Share for a period of five years from the Closing Date;

Class A Warrant means the collective reference to: (a) the warrant expiring December 31, 2009 (subject to extension to December 31, 2010 as provided therein), entitling the Investor or any subsequent holder to purchase the Class A Warrant Shares at the Class A Warrant Exercise Price, and containing such other terms and conditions as are set forth in the form of Class A Warrant attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 and made a part hereof; and (b) upon consummation of the Class A Warrant Exchange, the warrant expiring December 31, 2009 (subject to extension to December 31, 2010, as provided therein), entitling the Investor or any subsequent holder to purchase the Class A Warrant Shares in the form of Company Common Stock at the Class A Warrant Exercise Price, and containing such other terms and conditions as are set forth in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-2 and made a part hereof.

Class A Warrant means one (1) Class A Redeemable Common Stock Purchase Warrant of the Company.

Class A Warrant means a warrant to purchase shares of Common Stock in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.
