Class A Warrant definition

Class A Warrant has the meaning set forth in Section 2 hereof;
Class A Warrant means a warrant defined as a Class A Warrant in the Warrant Agreement.
Class A Warrant means a redeemable Class A warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock at an exercise price of $_____ [150% of the Unit offering price], as defined in the Warrant Agreement.

More Definitions of Class A Warrant

Class A Warrant means each of the Company's warrants issued pursuant to this Warrant Agreement, each of which evidences the right to purchase one share of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as set forth in this Warrant Agreement, and all warrants issued upon transfer, division or combination of, or in substitution for, any thereof.
