Class A Unit definition

Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.
Class A Unit means a unit representing a Class A Interest having the rights, preferences and designations provided for such class in this Agreement.
Class A Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class A Unit as provided in this Agreement.

Examples of Class A Unit in a sentence

  • Conditioned upon minimum allocations to the capital accounts of the LTIP Units for federal income tax purposes, each vested LTIP Unit may be converted, at the election of the holder, into a Class A Unit of limited partnership interest in SL Green Operating Partnership, L.P. (a "Common Unit").

  • Unitholders submitting a Class U Unit for redemption will receive in US dollars an amount equal to the US dollar equivalent of the product of (i) the Monthly Redemption Amount and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the most recently calculated Net Asset Value per Unit of a Class U Unit and the denominator of which is the most recently calculated Net Asset Value per Unit of a Class A Unit.

  • Unitholders submitting a Class F Unit for redemption will receive an amount equal to the product of (i) the Monthly Redemption Amount and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the most recently calculated Net Asset Value per Unit of a Class F Unit and the denominator of which is the most recently calculated Net Asset Value per Unit of a Class A Unit.

  • For each Class H Unit so converted, a holder will receive that number of Class A Units that is equal to the NAV per Class H Unit as of the close of trading on the Conversion Date divided by the NAV per Class A Unit as of the close of trading on the Conversion Date.


More Definitions of Class A Unit

Class A Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the Member Interests of the Members and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class A Units in this Agreement.

Class A Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees (but does not include Common Units), and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Units in this Agreement, which shall be identical to the rights and obligations of the Common Units except the Class A Units (i) will not have the right to vote on, approve or disapprove, or otherwise consent or not consent with respect to any matter (including mergers, share exchanges and similar statutory authorizations) except as otherwise required by any non-waivable provision of law, and (ii) will not share in any IPCH/Inergy Partners Items or any IPCH/Inergy Partners Available Cash.
