Class A Subclass Principal Balance. As of the first Determination Date and as to any Class A Subclass (other than the Class A-WIO Certificates), the Original Class A Subclass Principal Balance of such Class A Subclass. As of any subsequent Determination Date prior to the Cross-Over Date and as to any Class A Subclass (other than the Class A-WIO and Class A-PO Certificates), the Original Class A Subclass Principal Balance of such Class A Subclass less the sum of (i) all amounts previously distributed in respect of such Class A Subclass on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (ii) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to such Class A Subclass pursuant to Section 4.02(b). After the Cross-Over Date, each such Class A Subclass Principal Balance will also be reduced on each Determination Date by an amount equal to the product of the Class A Subclass Loss Percentage of such Class A Subclass and the excess, if any, of (i) the Class A Non-PO Principal Balance as of such Determination Date without regard to this sentence over (ii) the difference between (A) the Adjusted Pool Amount for the preceding Distribution Date and (B) the Adjusted Pool Amount (PO Portion) for the preceding Distribution Date. The Class A-WIO Certificates have no Class A Subclass Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date prior to the Cross-Over Date and as to the Class A-PO Certificates, the Original Class A Subclass Principal Balance of such Class A Subclass less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraphs third clause (B) and fourth of Section 4.01(a) and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class A-PO Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b). After the Cross-Over Date, such Class A Subclass Principal Balance will also be reduced on each Determination Date by an amount equal to the difference, if any, between such Class A Subclass Principal Balance as of such Determination Date without regard to this sentence and the Adjusted Pool Amount (PO Portion) for the preceding Distribution Date.
Class A Subclass Principal Balance. As to the first Distribution Date and each Class A Subclass in a particular Group, the Initial Principal Balance of such Class A Subclass as set forth in Section 12.01(a). As of any subsequent Distribution Date, such Initial Principal Balance minus the sum of all amounts previously distributed in respect of such Class A Subclass on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause 1.c of Section 13.01(b).
Class A Subclass Principal Balance. Any of the Class 1-A Subclass Principal Balances or Class 2-A Subclass Principal Balances. As to the Class 1-A-6 Certificates, 6.750% per annum. As to the Class 1-A-7 Certificates, 9.000% per annum. As to the Class 1-A-8 Certificates, 6.800% per annum. The Class 1-A-PO Certificates are not entitled to interest and have no Class A Subclass Pass-Through Rate. As to each Class 2-A Subclass, other than the Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2 and Class 2-A-PO Certificates, the Class 2-A Fixed Pass-Through Rate. As to the Class 2-A-1 Certificates, 6.520% per annum. As to the Class 2-A-2, 8.000% per annum. The Class 2-A-PO Certificates are not entitled to interest and have no Class A Subclass Pass-Through Rate.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, on the Distribution Date on which the Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class A-8 Certificates has been reduced to zero, any funds then on deposit in the Reserve Fund shall be distributed to Lehman Brothers at the address provided by it to the Trustee.

  • If such notice of withdrawal of a request for distribution has not been received by the Clearing Agency and forwarded to the Trustee on or before the Record Date for the next Distribution Date, the previously made request for distribution will be irrevocable with respect to the making of distributions in reduction of the Class A Subclass Principal Balance of Class A-8 Certificates on such Distribution Date.
