Class A-R Certificate definition

Class A-R Certificate. The Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-R and Exhibit C hereto.

Class A-R Certificate. The Class A-R Certificate as designated on the face thereof executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B, evidencing the ownership of the sole class of “residual interest” in each REMIC created hereunder and representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein.

Class A-R Certificate. The Class A-R Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee, which represents the Master Residual Interest and the Subsidiary Residual Interest, substantially in the form of the Class A-R Certificate set forth in Exhibit F hereto.

Examples of Class A-R Certificate in a sentence

• Each Certificate, other than the Class A-R Certificate, shall represent ownership of one or more regular interests in the Upper-Tier REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

• The Class A-R Certificate represents ownership of the sole class of residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC.

• Each Certificate, other than the Class A-R Certificate, will represent ownership of one or more regular interests in the Master REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class A-R Certificate. The Class A-R Certificate executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Authenticating Agent, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A, and evidencing the ownership of the Class LT1-R Interest, the Class LT2-R Interest, the Class LT3-R Interest, the Class LT4-R Interest and the residual interest in the Upper Tier REMIC.

Class A-R Certificate. Collectively, the single Certificate and the Tax Matters Person Certificate, in each case executed and countersigned by the Trustee.

Class A-R Certificate. Any Certificate of this Series designated as a Class A-R Certificate, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, and which is Outstanding as of any date.

Class A-R Certificate. The Class A-R Certificate created and issued under this Agreement.

Class A-R Certificate. The Class A-R Certificate, which represents the ownership of the Class UR Interest, the Class MR Interest and the Class LR Interest.
